From Monday 4th November there is a new price for each club and a new booking form - please see form above). If possible please complete the booking form for the half term, and give to our main Reception Office staff.
All details are included in our Out of School Clubs Parent Booklet. This includes booking forms for both Breakfast Club and After School Club.
Please be aware: All bookings should be made by Monday of the week before you require a place for your child in either Breakfast or After School Club, wherever possible. An invoice will be raised and issued to you on Parentmail (our online communication and payment service). Payment should be made online no later than the Thursday of the week after places in Breakfast or After School Club are attended.
If you require a place in either club at short notice please speak to Club Staff or Admin Office Staff no later than 12:30 pm on the day you wish your child to attend a club.. We cannot guarantee a place for your child due to strict staff to children ratios. An invoice will be raised via Parentmail if your child attends a club unexpectedly, and this should be paid within 7 days.
